Cancellation Policy

At Golden Age Wayshow'er, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and rejuvenating environment through our Corporate Yoga and Wellness programs. This policy outlines the terms for participation, payment, cancellations, and considerations regarding health, illness, and pregnancy to ensure a supportive experience for all employees and organizations involved. 1. Booking and Payment Corporate Yoga sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed through a signed service agreement. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date(s). The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the first scheduled class or series. Payment may be made by e-transfer, credit card, or company invoice. Prices are quoted in CAD and subject to applicable taxes. Failure to complete payment before the due date may result in cancellation of the booking. Corporate packages, memberships, or multi-session plans must be paid in full before the start of the first class unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid forfeiture of fees. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit or one class credit. In the event of instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, Maha Kali Jaya reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute teacher or reschedule the class. In cases of severe weather, facility closures, or emergencies beyond either party’s control, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty within 30 days. 3. Participant Health, Illness, and Injury Participants are expected to practice within their own abilities and to inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to class. Anyone feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness (such as fever, cough, or contagious conditions) should refrain from attending in-person sessions to protect the group’s well-being. Golden Age Wayshow'e and its instructors are not responsible for injuries sustained during participation. Yoga classes are designed to be gentle and adaptable; however, each participant assumes full responsibility for their own health and safety during the session. 4. Pregnancy and Special Conditions Participants who are pregnant or believe they may be pregnant must consult their healthcare provider before attending classes
